Meet The Team
Ms. Zainab leads the legal team in both litigation and counselling roles, ensuring clear and effective communication to keep the Firm fully informed of legal requirements. With over a decade of experience in civil and criminal litigation, corporate and commercial law, and family law, she is adept at handling complex disputes with sensitivity to cultural customs and traditions.
Having worked extensively with both Pakistani and foreign clients, Ms. Zainab has developed strong people skills and a global perspective that are essential in today’s legal environment. Her collaborations with international lawyers and legal teams have provided valuable exposure to foreign legal systems and practices, enhancing her ability to advise clients requiring representation or services in Pakistan with an international dimension.
She brings extensive experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and has distinguished herself as an ambitious lawyer with a breadth of in‑house counsel and law firm expertise. Her career includes service as Legal Advisor and Director at the Ambassador’s office, where she managed legal matters for diplomatic missions, including tax exemptions and VAT issues with MoFA and the FBR Pakistan, and handled official correspondence with MoFA Pakistan, GHQ, and other diplomatic entities.
Mustafa Tanvir Sufwat

Mr. Mustafa, the Senior Partner of the firm is a well reputed Advocate with an experience of over 45 years in the legal field. He started his legal practise with Dr. Khalid Ranjha, Advocate Supreme Court as a Junior Associate. Later after a few years of independent practise Mr. Mustafa served as a Police Prosecutor. Before joining the Judiciary in the year 1985, Mr. Mustafa also served as an Assistant District Attorney. He was promoted as Senior Civil Judge, Islamabad in the year 1999 and District and Sessions Judge in the year 2010.
Mr. Mustafa has also served as Judge, Accountability Court, (Court No.1) Islamabad. Owing to his substantial experience in the legal profession Mr. Mustafa has significant expertise in civil laws, criminal laws, family laws, constitutional law, employment law, evidence law, corporate law, land revenue laws and real estate sector.
Since his retirement from Judiciary in 2011, he’s been serving as the Head of the Legal Department at Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd.
Javairia Mustafa Warraich

Ms. Javairia brings over 15 years of experience in litigation and counselling, having worked with leading law firms across Pakistan, India, and England. Her career reflects a strong international dimension, with extensive exposure to diverse legal systems and practices.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law from a foreign institution, which complements her broad professional background and enhances her ability to advise clients with cross‑border legal needs. Skilled in managing complex disputes and providing strategic counsel, Javairia combines deep local expertise with global insight, making her a trusted advisor for both domestic and international clients seeking representation or legal services in Pakistan.
